We invite you to join us on Sunday mornings as we slow down, reflect, and set conscious spiritual intentions for the coming week. Our time together includes chant, presentations, group attunement, and refreshing morning tea with lively conversation.
Held in the Sanctuary weekly on Sundays at 10am for presentation and attunement. 11-11:30 am for morning tea in the Dining Room. You can also join us online here

Silent Meditation

Silent Meditation is a profound opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level. This practice invites you to become a loving witness to your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, allowing everything to simply be without judgment or the need to change it.
While meditation can bring deep relaxation and bliss, it may also be uncomfortable or confronting at times. However, with regular practice, many find a profound sense of peace, calm, and mental clarity. This class is designed to be accessible and supportive, whether you seek spiritual growth, personal development, or simply a break from the chaos of daily life.
Our 20-minute Silent Meditation session is followed by an optional 10-minute discussion, offering a space to reflect and share. Join us to explore this ancient practice and reconnect with your inner joy.

Mindful Fitness
Tuesdays at 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Mindful Fitness is an uplifting class that blends movement, mindfulness, and meditation to support both body and mind. We begin with choreographed exercises set to music, combining cardio and bodyweight strength training to energise the body and lift the spirit. The rhythmical flow of movement helps quiet busy minds, offering a healthy outlet for overthinking and creating space for presence.
Next, we move into gentle stretches, allowing the body and nervous system to soften and settle. The class finishes with a guided meditation, where many participants feel a deep sense of peace, calm, and clarity washing over them.
Mindful Fitness is an invitation to connect with your body through dynamic movement first, making it easier to relax, release tension, and experience stillness within.
Restore & Regulate Yoga
Wednesdays at 6:00pm to 7:15pm

Restore & Regulate Yoga is a gentle and grounding practice designed to support balance in both body and mind. Blending slow, mindful movement with breath awareness and relaxation, this class helps calm the nervous system and release physical and mental tension. Each session includes time to settle, a gentle sequence attuned to the group, and a nourishing period of deep rest to close.
This practice is ideal for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and finding a sense of spaciousness within. Suitable for all levels, Restore & Regulate Yoga offers a midweek pause to soften, restore energy, and reconnect with yourself—leaving you feeling centred, refreshed, and at ease.

Wellness Wednesday
Wednesdays at 6:00pm to 7:30pm

Guided by a rotation of facilitators, the Wellness Wednesday sessions include Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Healing, Energy Work and an optional Ice Bath (summer months). The sessions are a beautiful way to connect with yourself spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally, as well as build social connections with like-minded people. Each week holds a different theme but always with the intention to foster connection and a coming home to Self with love, compassion and curiosity.
Everyone is welcome. It is just a $5 donation to attend and this can be paid by cash or eftpos on the night. All proceeds go to a local charity chosen by the community. If participating in the ice bath, we ask that you please support the offering by bringing a bag of ice.

Meditations & Conversations offers a warm and welcoming space to explore mindfulness through both dialogue and stillness. Each session blends guided meditation with open-hearted conversation, inviting you to reflect on your own experiences while sharing in the collective wisdom of the group. Together we explore simple practices that calm the mind, deepen presence, and foster meaningful connection.
The conversational element creates an opportunity to engage with mindfulness in a practical and grounded way, discovering how these practices can support everyday life. Through listening, sharing, and guided reflection, you are invited to explore new perspectives and open pathways of personal growth.
This class welcomes everyone, whether you are completely new to meditation or already have an established practice.
