By continuing to access Riverdell Spiritual Centre or website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the privacy policy, govern Riverdell Spiritual Centre’s relationship with you in relation to the website and centre. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website/centre.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Please read through following the terms and conditions before attending. When attending Riverdell Spiritual Centre, 51 Clifford Road, Hiller SA 5116 you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Riverdell Spiritual Centre website www.riverdell.org.au.

 

Booking cancellation policy

  • Ticket cancellations can only be made by contacting Riverdell Spiritual Centre by phone or email directly.
  • Cancellations of retreat tickets less than one month prior to event date are subject to a full refund (excluding Eventbrite fees).
  • Cancellations of retreat tickets less than two weeks prior to event date are subject to a full credit (excluding Eventbrite fees) to be used at any other Riverdell Spiritual Centre event, workshop or retreat.
  • Cancellations of retreat tickets less than one week prior to event date are not eligible for full refund, partial refund or credit.

 

Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
  • Prices, products, and offers include GST.
  • All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Sale items are only available at a lower price during the sale period.
    We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits

 

Centre terms and conditions

  • Bookings are to be made via our website, Eventbrite, email or phone.
  • You agree to follow all instructions given to you by Riverdell Spiritual Centre teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
  • Riverdell Spiritual Centre is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property, or death resulting from attending our centre.
  • Riverdell Spiritual Centre reserves the right to refuse access or entry to any person to its premises or to participate in any of its classes for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, misconduct or intoxication or on medical grounds or failure to comply with these ‘Terms and Conditions’.
  • By booking into an event, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • By purchasing any of the services offered by Riverdell Spiritual Centre you agree to observe any COVID-19 restrictions or recommendations imposed by the South Australian Government and/or the AustralianGovernment.
