This Chakradance workshop “Heal Your Heart Chakra – Dance of LOVE” is about re-igniting the divine love and light that is abundant for all of us to share.

Rachel is bringing this workshop to us all in this earthly time of great awakening. She feels it is a time when our hearts are yearning for new strength, love & light, as well as forgiveness, especially as these new uncertain changes are unfolding in our world today.
Our Hearts are yearning for unconditional universal LOVE.
The Heart Chakra is one of the most important chakras, as it is the connection between your body and your spirit self.
The heart chakra deals mainly with love, forgiveness, and acceptance of yourself and others. Many of us today have an unbalanced Heart Chakra and so feel so very unconnected and find it hard to deal with everyday things and events.
The goal of this workshop is to help you have a balanced and free flowing Heart Chakra energy that will help you feel unconditional love for yourself and be able to give that love to others, to forgive yourself and to forgive other. When your Heart Chakra is balanced you gain the strength to know yourself and to know where you are in this universal energy called LIFE. As a collective we can radiate LOVE and heal the world.
We will be exploring the Heart chakra through specific music, guided meditation, and your own free spontaneous dance. This begins to activate inner experiences – it is almost like entering into a waking dream. Some of you may see images in your minds’ eye while you are dancing or recall memories or gain insights. You also may experience feelings, emotions, or physical sensations.
This workshop is a 3hr 30min journey inwards. It is important to be gentle with yourself, take it at your own pace. It is about going deep within and seeing what is, being with what is. It is about listening to your soul and moving towards healing. To heal yourself and the heal the world we live in.
We begin with an opening meditation, a warm-up dance and then we dance through the seven chakras starting with the Base Chakra to Crown Chakra. We will then spend some time in meditation and affirmations before dancing to various music of the Heart Chakra, creating a mandala art piece, have sharing and feedback time and close with a finial meditation.
Overall this workshop is dynamic and will help balance and rejuvenate the body and soul for health and wellbeing.
There will be some time after the workshop for refreshments and light snack.
