I’m sure we have all felt this way at one point or another and most people are likely to have these feelings again in the future.

Self-care is not only a wellness skill, but a survival skill that we must practice regularly in our daily lives in order to strengthen our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual connection with ourselves. Connecting with your body, mind & spirit through a combined meditation soundbath is one of the most effective ways you can care for yourself. Think of it like a circuit breaker for your mind allowing you to shut down all the busy noise in your life and be present and mindful in the right now.
A meditation soundbath is effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also has a way of moving through emotional blockages we may be holding onto. Did you know that up to 80% of all dis-ease stems from stress and anxiety? With this being said, Sound Healing has been known to help treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, pain and autism. It is also well known to help achieve clarity and balance, relaxation, improved memory and concentration, improved sleep, a stronger immune system, improved creativity & heightened awareness. Ultimately, it will help you feel better.
So How Does A Sound Bath Actually Help?
There’s plenty of scientific evidence supporting the healing powers sound vibrations offer and these go well beyond just giving you good vibes. It is believed that during illness or disease the vibration in the cells is less effective or there is a reduction in the frequency of the vibration.
Mark Menolascino, MD explains that “everything in the universe has a vibrational frequency… Those vibrations interact with every cell in your body.” In other words, the vibrations made by instruments or vocals can actually interact with your body’s cells to create specific results: in this case, to raise or balance your bodies vibrational frequency and encourage self-healing.
The Sound Bath Experience:
As intuitive sound practitioners, Kim & Coral will create waves of harmonic sound which will envelop and surround your body through the use of sacred healing instruments and spiritual meditation. We will facilitate your ability to relax your mind, body and soul, letting you drop out from your daily grind, allowing you to enjoy a moment of peace to reconnect with your higher self. This is where your journey to healing begins.
Upon arrival, we begin with 1-on-1 sound cleansing of your aura. Once settled inside you will have the opportunity set an intention for your healing journey. You will then be guided into a calm and restful state with some deep breathing exercises and spiritual meditation.
Relax as the sounds of Tribal Soul Sisters wrap around your body and you begin your healing journey.
There will be an opportunity at the end to openly share your experience and time to journal if you wish.
