Navigating emotional triggers and tricky conversations can be overwhelming for anyone. Especially if connecting to your feelings is something that’s not familiar to you.
In response, do you ever find yourself…
…hiding your feelings?
…struggling with choice?
…denying your truth?
With the right strategies, you can learn to respond in ways that deliver constructive solutions and build stronger relationships.
I invite you to join me for the Men’s Emotional Toolbox workshop on Saturday 24th September from 10am – 3.30pm. In this introductory session I will offer some simple steps so that you can gain the confidence to explore your inner world.
• In the morning you will have a chance to explore the function of feelings in a fun, safe environment, and discover what may be inter-fear-ing with your ability to stay connected.
• Then, after lunch I will share some practical tips and communication skills designed to improve your ability to share more authentically with others.
Following on from this introductory workshop, you can sign up for my 8-week course starting in early October. The course is designed to cover these topics in more depth. You will also learn a technique to transform emotional triggers into life lessons that reveal beliefs that may be limiting the expression of your unique self.
