This workshop offers you a chance to gain more confidence to explore your emotions in a safe and fun way.

Navigating emotional triggers and tricky conversations can be overwhelming for anyone. Especially if connecting to your feelings is something that’s not familiar to you.

In response, do you ever find yourself…

…hiding your feelings?

…struggling with choice?

…resisting change?

…denying your truth?

With the right strategies you can learn to respond in ways that deliver constructive solutions and build stronger relationships.

I invite you to join me for my online Men’s Emotional Toolbox workshop on Saturday 8th October from 10am – 3.30pm. This workshop offers you a chance to gain more confidence to explore your emotions in a safe and fun way. The “Men’s Only” format is specifically designed to create a comfortable and relaxed space for stepping into vulnerability.

• Part 1 – Explore the function of feelings and discover what may be inter-fear-ing with how you respond in emotional situations.

• Part 2 – Learn practical tips and communication skills to improve your ability to share more authentically with others.

Following on from this introductory workshop, you can sign up for my 8-week course that starts on Monday 17th October. The full course is designed to cover these topics in more depth. You will also learn a technique to transform emotional triggers into life lessons that reveal beliefs that may be limiting your personal expression. For more information you can go to my website www.feelingconnected.com.au

About Me:

I am a communication specialist and therapeutic coach and I have integrated my vast experience as a teacher, anthropologist, and mother into my signature FeelingConnected framework.

My gentle, light-hearted, and insightful nature provides a warm and supportive environment that is invaluable as scaffolding for others to learn these new skills and put them to use in their lives.

I was motivated to design this program in 2012 after watching my eldest son suffer from the torment of his own inner critic. This coincided with a crisis of my own that showed me how much damage is done when we disconnect in response to overwhelming and unresolved feelings.

I now share my unique perspective in a variety of formats so that more people can reap the multi-generational benefits of FeelingConnected.

My work with FeelingConnected has delivered many gifts including:

Watching my children emerge from adolescence as fully engaged, confident and compassionate individuals with a strong sense of personal identity, purpose and connection.

A great sense of personal fulfilment in my own life and the opportunity to express my unique talents.

The chance to help others and contribute to a world where connection and authentic relationships are nurtured.
