Join us for a transformative 4-week winter Yin Yoga series, dedicated to embodying rest and digest. This series is designed to help you release tension, cultivate inner peace, and reset your nervous system for deep relaxation.
Throughout this series, we will explore different themes, focusing on nurturing grounding, inner stillness, surrender and release, and self-care. Each session, we will incorporate Yin Yoga, Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation. Yin yoga is a slow-paced, gentle form of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. It involves holding passive yoga poses for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or even longer. When we become still, everything slows down. Here is the invitation to be with all parts of yourself, inviting your energy back home.
This 4-week immersion is open to all levels. Immerse yourself in this nurturing and supportive environment, as we invite in rest over the winter months.
