Chakradance is a powerful way to move and shift your energy, allowing blocks to surface and be healed. This movement therapy combines the power of a spontaneous shamanic dance journey, the wisdom of the chakra system and mind – body connection, to create a system of soul healing like no other.
We dance bare foot with eyes closed or an eye mask is provided. Our dance is spontaneous with no set rules. We let the rhythm of our soul be free. We create an Art piece and close with meditation.
