Wild Self Yoga and Riverdell have partnered to create a Yoga Teacher Training course that is authentic, enriching, and empowering.
200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training ~ 9th-29th of October 2023.
With over 30 years of combined experience practising, teaching, and studying yoga, this course goes beyond the minimum 200-hour requirements by curating a holistic, detailed, and transformative experience.
The course is designed to expose students to the real essence of yoga by combining traditional methods of yoga with updated research and knowledge. The syllabus covers a practical curriculum that approaches yoga systematically, creating strong foundations for teaching safely and authentically.
The course is based on a holistic and applied approach, working with different elements from various teachings, mainly Hatha and Vinyasa approaches. The program is appropriate for all levels, and a minimum of one year’s practice is required before enrolment.
The training includes 20 hours of pre-course study and a three-week intensive with all meals, accommodation, and course teaching included.
The course is a chance to spend time with like-minded people, deepen your practice, enhance your personal awareness, and learn from experienced teachers committed to supporting you on your journey.
Held in the lush landscapes of Riverdell in Hillier, SA. Just 45 minutes from Adelaide’s CBD.
